TRAINING COURSE FOR COACHES
 

The Portuguese Volleyball Federation (FPV) with the collaboration of the Sports Faculty of the University of Porto (FADEUP) and with the institutional support of the Portuguese Sports & Youth Institute will carry a training course for volleyball coaches, during December 27 and 28 at the FADEUP facilities.

The training course, which aims to the “Knowledge of the physical functional and decisional training methods in development and high performance”, will be lectured by António Guerra, FPV Technical & Development department and GDC Gueifães – Women Head Coach and José Afonso, FADEUP lecturer and Leixões SC – Women Head Coach, with the participation of Nuno Pereira, Youth A.A. Approaching very interesting topics, such as Functional Daily Training in Reduced and Structuring games and Core – a different approach to the abdominal work, this training course targets volleyball coaches, Physical Education & Sports graduated, students and others related to volleyball [Program].
