STOD VOLLEY WINS IN HUNGARY
 

Norwegian ladies of Stod Volley Steinkjer, coached by the Portuguese André Sá, beat yesterday Obuda Vasas Budapest by 3-2 (27-25, 15-25, 26-24, 9-25 e 15-12), in the first leg of the 2nd Round of Qualification of CEV Challenge Cup – Women. In the return match, to be played in Norway on November 21, Stod has to win by any margin to avoid playing the Golden Set., thus moving to the Round of 32 where they will encounter Jedinstvo Brcko (Bosnia and Herzegovina).

João José’s VFB Friedrichshafen added its second loss in the 2013 CEV Champions League – Men, as the German team was downed by Knack Roeselare (1-3: 24-26, 25-22, 20-25 e 23-25) in a Pool A 3rd leg away match. However the Germans will have the opportunity of retribution in the return match, scheduled for November 20.
