TRAINING CENTERS

The Men's and Women's Training Centre of the Association of Volleyball of Porto begins today the Regional training period.
This activity is taking place at the Colégio de Gaia until Friday and will have the participation of 48 athletes (24 women and 24 men) selected within the respective working groups.

In addition to intensify the technical work it is intended to convey to these young athletes habits, routines and discipline inherent of working in a developing stage.
