The Portuguese Volleyball Federation (FPV):

"Subject: Senior Men National Championship - Division I

With the absence by the AD Machico in the matches nº 1847 [AD Machico-Esmoriz GC] and nº 1850 [AD Machico-SC Caldas], conducted on the 10th and 11th of March, the FPV determined to eliminate AD Machico from the Men's I Division National Championship and impose them a fine of € 2,000.00 [two thousand euros].
