DECISIVE MATCHES
IN THE EUROPEAN COMPETITIONS
The two Women's Portuguese teams have, tomorrow and Thursday, the
playoffs in their Challenge Cup 2011/2012.
In the first round both lost by the maximum margin, in Switzerland, but
they can rectify the result if they win their two matches.
The Club Sports Madeira in the Pavilhão da Levada in Funchal, plays
against the Volley Koeniz. The referees will be Doggen Berend (Netherlands)
and Alexis Fuentes Barrasa (Spain).
The Clube Desportivo Ribeirense, national champion and winner of the Cup
of Portugal, hosts the Kanti Schaffhausen, in the pavilhão of the
Escola Cardeal Costa Nunes. The referees wiil be Robert Boris (Italy)
and Maria Machin Rodriguez (Spain).
